Now Why Didn't I Think Of That

The famous Max the Crystal Skull once visited our home and slept in our bedroom in Maui. The caretakers of this amazing skull, JoAnn and Carl Parks, graciously allowed us to enjoy Max's presence overnight as they were guests in our home. No one knows for sure how and who and when and why these rare crystal skulls came into existence. There is much speculation about them, and there are many stories of unusual experiences had by those who spend time with a crystal skull. Was Max a technological gadget from another time period used for communication? Was Max a revered spiritual object? What purpose does he serve now? If you want to read more about Max, read here.

Perhaps in our future earth, the inhabitants may look back on our gadgets and wonder what they were for because they seem so very odd and unexplainable. Check out this page of Japanese gadgets that are bizarre (but perhaps very utilitarian) even in our time.

Here's a very useful gadget that is advertised in many magazines these days. Of course, the Japanese created it. It's a game you play to keep your mind sharp, and the title is "Brain Age: Train Your Brain In Minutes A Day!" It's like having a private trainer for your brain. I don't think I need one yet as creating/writing blogs is keeping my brain very fit, mahalo!

The number two and three most popular blogs, Boing Boing and Engadget, showcase gadgets. What is this fascination with gadgets? I have to admit that I am fascinated as well. Probably like many of you when you view the latest gadget, the thought goes through your mind like it does mine: Now Why Didn't I Think Of That? I'm sure the beings that created Max hoped we would 'get' Max. More than likely Max does his best to communicate his purpose, but perhaps his best is still too advanced, even in our world of every gadget under the sun.

Let's face it--most of us would like to receive more money, earn more money or have a windfall of money drop in our lap, except maybe if you're Buffet or Gates who seem to have plenty of it. Why not earn some moolah from your creativity and images? I am sharing two websites so you can cash in on some of those wild-'n-crazy videos that have been clogging up your closet or maybe you have a few amazing photos you took at that perfect moment. Both of these websites pay out for your images! So go get the monies tigers! offers money for your videos and images. This is an hugely popular website, and their two top videos will make you laugh, laugh, and laugh some more. Even if you don't have anything to contribute right now to them, maybe these shorts videos will trigger you to grab your digital camcorder and get to work. The first one "Where The Hell is Matt?" is simply this dude dancing a goofy, happy dance all over the world--even under water. Watching this video makes you wonder how Matt makes it to so many exotic places. Did he clone himself? This video is a picker-upper with a great soundtrack, and it will surely put a big smile on your face... and maybe even inspire you.

The second most watched video is television commentator Connie Chung singing. This is her satirical goodbye send-up after the show that she and her husband had for many years, "Weekends with Maury and Connie" was cancelled. The title is "Connie Chung Sings!" She sings with the wackiness of the singing-impaired, hams- it -up in her Marlene Dietrich glamour dress on top of a grand piano, and finishs with a flourish. Bravo Connie! You are leaving in a fabulous, memorable way. With this grand gesture, I know you will thrive!

Now for the second website that pays you loot for your images: Lucky Oliver
With these folk you have an opportunity to make 50% royalty on each photo. Not bad! Of course, you want to submit your best ones as there is plenty of competition. For instance, I would NOT submit the image I have posted here, even though I rather like it for it's weird vibe. In case you can't make out exactly what it is, I'll tell you. It's a thriving vine growing up to my second-story window. I decided that this thriving vine would be perfect for today's posting. Now I have to run along and capture some images that will make me some money!

May you live long and thrive!

Precious Precious

Photo: Terragalleria

There never has been a more important time than the present time on Terra to reclaim our personal power. We are at the ending of many cycles and one Giant Cycle, with new beginnings just around the corner. Through this long, long period of time, most of us Divine Beings have been reincarnating time and again. Each time we begin anew as another Earth Child, we carry a precious package of memories and lessons learned, but then the amnesia sets in at a fairly early age for most of us. Then we go off living yet another life. What has happened to most of us in these multiple lives and this very long journey is that little by little we have relinquished our personal power, so much so that we barely remember who we truly are as Divine Galactic Beings. However, we have allies to help us to re-ignite this Divine Spark. The great whales have done us an incredible favor by holding these memories of our history and also the memory of who we truly are! There are also ancient sentient stones that know our stories too! The Hawaiians know of these Spirit Dwellers in Rocks, and this is a story about these ancient deities and stones, called Pohaku in Hawaiian, and my introduction to their world.

Beginnings are strange things. On reflection, it becomes clear that there really is no tangible beginning, no certain ending. These beginnings and endings loop around each other and spiral ever upward, to the place that Great Mystery lives. However, I will try to make a beginning to the Story of Precious-Precious, but I can’t guarantee there will ever be a clear beginning or ending, for this story like so many others is full of the unknowns, mystery and complexities of the universe.

I am known as a sensitive, intuitive, psychic and channel, and therefore, I retrieve information from many sources. Having once done readings for a living using my own natural abilities as well as working with the modalities of runes, tarot, numerology, astrology, palmistry to name a few, I came to a place in my life where I could no longer work in that way, for a larger world invited me to join it and doing readings became a major distraction. I began exploring the inner realms more often and spending time ‘off-the-grid’ which means living close to the Earth away from the electromagnetic frequencies. I began experiencing the power of Nature in my quiet contemplative time, and I now believe this is one of the best paths I could pursue for Nature has taught me so very much!! I have been thrilled with the outpouring of Divine Inspiration flowing forth to myself (as it is to one and all who make themselves available)!

With that said, I would like to share with you how I came to know the Consciousness that calls itself Precious-Precious. It began with an invitation to spend some time in a most remarkable home on Maui, Hawaii. This unusual home is round, and possibly the only large round house on Maui. There is a second and smaller round house directly behind the larger one, and both were hand-built by a beautiful Hawaiian man and his mystical wife. She had grown up nearby and had inherited this land, and he had decided to build this Frank Lloyd Wright designed home upon this land about twenty some odd years ago. Two of my dear friends rented this home and became familiar with the unique energies of the home including the guardians that guard the property, recipients of offerings placed at one corner of the property.. These friends were to be off island for awhile, and they extended to my partner and myself the invitation to spend some time in this home while they were away.

The weekend we first spent time at the house was a Full Moon. Through the inside looking out through the large plate glass windows, we were able to view the isthmus of Maui , and with this incredible view high on the slopes of Haleakala, we felt very much the eagle and our spirits soared. Stories were told to us by the Hawaiian couple about the incredible energies within this home which piqued our curiosity. The first evening passed uneventfully, but the next day after my partner left to go to work and I was alone in the home, I had my experience of first meeting with Precious-Precious.

I had an initiation with Pir Vilayat Inayat Khan, the head of the Sufi Order of the West, many years ago. This week-long retreat with him and with others in Tucson, Arizona, was when I experienced my kundalini brought to my heart chakra. My heart opened! It was a most amazing experience. The kundalini fire burned inside of me, and yet I felt bliss which offset the discomfort and which made the pain tolerable.

Since that time, I have been exploring the wisdom of the heart in an attempt to deal with my own heart issues. I believe as Antoine De Saint Exupery wrote, “It is only with the heart that one can see rightly. What is essential is invisible to the eye.” I later learned a meditative technique where I put myself into a light trance and open to the guardian of the heart, the Inner Beloved. And it was while in this light trance in the magical round house that I was introduced to and became immersed in another Being, an ancient Being.

Suddenly aware of a greater entity conscious of me, I began my communication with this energy and then merged with it in a state of ecstasy. I asked the entity’s name, and She responded with the name Precious-Precious. I spent four hours that day in the blissful enfoldment of the energy field of Precious-Precious. Later, I marvelled at the timeless quality of that day, for it felt like I had touched-into eternity. I was unable to move or to speak during this time and just rested on a bed, for all my attention was focused inward on the ineffable sense of immersion in this powerful, loving essence. Upon hearing my recounting of this experience, the owners asked me to put the story down in a hard-copy letter to them. This is a copy of the letter I wrote : “I had the feeling that your home sits on the edge of a large bowl-shaped sacred area, and that the entrance to the perimeter of this sacred area begins very close to your property. The exact location of the Earth Mother Goddess is further up the hill, and her name is Precious-Precious. I believe she is very, very ancient, and that she was alive before the Hawaiians came to know her. Her sanctuary is marked by a large (conscious) stone and an entrance that seemed in my vision to be either a lava tube or a cave. She is lonely, and doesn’t receive many visitors these days. If there are those that know of her and her power, they are keeping it very quiet. I had the sense that certain Hawaiians know of her and her location. It felt that the proper and ancient way to go to greet her and make offerings was by traversing back and forth up the hill to this location rather than walking directly to her.”

Precious-Precious showed herself to me with enormous black eyes accompanied by incredible sweetness, curiosity and the loneliness that I mentioned in the letter. I was so smitten with love and longing for Precious-Precious that the next day I had my partner drive up and down every by-way and road in the area in search of her. However, I continued sensing that she was deep in the woods somewhere higher up the slopes of Haleakala. I could feel her, but to try and make it to her in the thick overgrown woods with no trails seemed hopeless, so I eventually relinquished trying to discover her location and instead sent her telepathic love-notes on the Maui coconut wireless. We would connect consciousness to consciousness, and that was all I could do.

I felt that weekend that I had merged with Precious-Precious, and simulatenously I could differentiate that she was also the Other. Paul Pearsall spoke of this in his book, “The Heart’s Code” when he wrote, “ According to the concept of nonlocality, info-energy in the form of the “fifth force” is everywhere always. We are not just influenced by that energy but a part of it. When we pray, we don’t send energy up to a High Power spiritual satellite to be relayed to or for someone else. Prayer, like love, is merging with the info-energy that we are always a part of whether our brain “knows” it or not. Energy cardiology and its many related fields of study provide the research and established theories such as dynamic system memory, speed-of-light info-energy conveyance, wave/particle duality, volume conduction, and nonlocality that help us begin to understand prayer, psychic communication, and the making of miracles.”

I had resigned myself to communing with Precious-Precious from a distance until one magical day when things changed.. A girlfriend asked her mate to take her hiking for her birthday present , and they came to me and asked directions to a special place that they had heard was a good hiking area. I did them one better and told them I would drive them there and go hiking with them, for I truly love this beautiful upcountry area of Maui. It is remote, gorgeous and full of mana.

Mana is a Hawaiian term that equates to what the Chinese call chi, the Indians call prana, the Russians call bio-energy, the French call elan vital, the Japanese call Ki and healing energy or life force in other countries. Mana is a subtle, universal energy and a positive, vital force that is essential in helping one to live calmly, in balance and in the present. It exists outside the threshold of awareness of most people. Mana is a peaceful energy that inhabits everything in the islands, but some people, places and objects seem to be blessed with an extra dose of mana. Since not all mana is identical, it is the wise one that can know the precise type of mana in all things. Even men’s and women’s mana are completely different. Hawaii is known to have lots of mana, and sacred sites have even more mana, but pohaku have the most sacred mana!

Maui is affectionally known as Mother Maui to many of the locals, and She shows a loving and nurturing disposition to those that are in gratitude for residing in her Presence. However, she is known to ‘kick you off the island’ prontissimo if you are showing negative qualities, and I have witnessed this phenomena myself with many people who wish to stay but are just not welcomed by the island energies. There is also my play on words for the shortened version of Lemuria which is often called MU. I call MU, Maui University, for this is an island which mirrors whatever you are right back to you, and life lessons are given to you quite quickly. When you have spent years on Maui, you really do have a useful degree in the school of Life.

The sacred sites that were built by the ancients were usually built on energy, ley lines and many contain high concentrations of crystal, granite or other special kinds of stones. Many sacred sites of the world were situated using sacred geometry and extraterrestrial-star influences. These sites and (and ancient pohaku) vibrate with knowledge and mana after eons of time because of a now-forgotten technology of thought, intention and light anchored into them. If we resonate strongly with a sacred site, we can be shifted within our very DNA, within every cell of our body. Thus, we can activate our latent psychic and spiritual abilities, remember long-forgotten wisdom and heal our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.

Sacred caves are known to be places where Mother Goddesses were venerated, such as in Crete, Greece where a Bronze Age civilization flourished and instead of building temples, the people worshipped goddesses in sacred caves in mountains.

As we were hiking down a trail through the forest, I saw a sign pointing to a cave. As I clambered down the slope to the cave, my heart began pounding. Suddenly I realized this was the cave that I had seen in my vision. I gazed to the left for the rock that I had seen it my vision, and there it was!! I was overjoyed and shocked to realize that I had been led to the very sacred place in my vision, and finally I was here! I don’t know why I am always so astonished when the miraculous occurs, but I am, even though I acknowledge constantly that I live in a magical and miraculous world! My astonishment is a mixture of gratitude and awe for the revelation of Divine Grace.I am always reminded that when we let go and surrender, then the flow can occur.

My friend pointed out the obvious: the reason that it had two names exactly alike (Precious-Precious) is because it was one rock that had been cracked down the middle to form two rocks. This rock is more like a boulder for it is huge! The crack that had almost evenly divided the rock into two was jagged and you could see how the two parts fit together like a puzzle when they were once one as there was just about an inch or so crevice between them. It must have been a mighty shake-up that threw this rock into the position it now occupies . It serves as the sentinel to the cave; to enter into the cave, one must pass by this rock. And what’s more, it felt like a She Rock. According to author Scott Cunningham, “Female stones include porous rocks, pahoehoe (smooth-flowing) lava, loaf-shaped or round stones, and rocks split with hollows.”

The almonds I had packed as snack for the hike went to Precious-Precious as an offering. I shared some almonds with my friends, and the three of us circled round and placed almonds everywhere near Precious Precious to honor this ancient rock. Almonds are associated with the love goddess, Aphrodite, and so I thought these almonds were a perfect offering. Offerings are a traditional way to honor deities in Hawaii, and the most common way is with food offerings. This is known as mohai’ai.

I conversed again with Precious-Precious, and she told me that the rock is not All of Her, but simply a Focus of her Consciousness. I realized I was standing on Holy Ground and touching the Unified Focus of a Great Being that was Conscious and Alive for who knows how long...back to the creation of the planet, perhaps!! It was almost as if the rock was the eye through which She was perceiving and focusing. However, like the expression goes: ‘the eyes are the windows to the Soul’, I was elated that I had this eye to look within the soul of Precious-Precious. To connect with such a Core Heart Being is an awesome experience and one that I treasure, so much so that I do not intend to reveal its location or whereabouts in print, for there are many who may not understand the magnificence of this sacred place and this holy rock!

In the Hawaiian language, there is a word for stones. They are called “pohaku”. Many of them are revered by the Hawaiians as they believe deities reside within some of these stones. Indeed, I feel the same way and feel they are our touchstones to the powerful being that is Mother Earth. Scott Cunningham in his excellent book, Hawaiian Religion and Magic”, writes. “ The importance of stone to the Hawaiians can’t be overstated....Pohaku, then were sacred to the Hawaiians. They were used to induce pregnancy, to bless births, to grown and prepare food, to create temples, to heal, to secure good fishing, to divine the future, to pass the time, to win during battle, and for a host of other uses. The mana contained within pokahu, as indicated by their many uses, was such that they became central to life in old Hawai’i”.

Mother Earth, the Great Goddess, has been revered in all cultures, and legend claims this sacred energy first entered the earth plane and took form on the ancient continent of Mu.. There are those that believe that the islands of Hawaii are some of the remaining remnants of Mu which was said to have sunk beneath the Pacific Ocean aeons ago. Hawaii is a place that still honors many Goddesses who have survived the near extinction of feminine divinity. The Mother/Father of all God/desses, Creatures and Children is Goddess Uli and God Eli in Hawaii.

There have been many predictions about coming earth changes. One of the predictions that I have encountered through numerous psychics is the story of the rising of the ancient lands of Lemuria. On various of these maps that have been drawn for the coming placement of continents, there are two huge new landmasses in the Pacific, one a bit northwest of the present day Hawaii and one further south in the Pacific, near to Fiji or Tahiti. I have even been told by other psychics that I will be living on one of these new land masses! These land masses are supposed to be coming up from the ocean floor very soon. I don’t know about the timing of these huge land masses, but there is an island forming right underneath the surface here in Hawaii, right off the Big Island of Hawaii. It is being fed by underground streams of lava, and the scientists have their eye on it, expecting it to be birthed within the next ten years at the least.

Hawaii sits smack dab in the middle of the Ring of Fire, and all the islands are riveted with underground lava tubes from ancient volcanoes. There are stories that some of these lava tubes connect underground with such far away places as Antartica, South America, California and even Sedona. Many of these lava tubes are collapsed at their entry, and it is impossible to enter, but on the other hand, there are many that are open, and one can walk quite a distance underground to connect with the Great Goddess. There is one such tube that is famous on the Big Island where a giant vagina-like structure is formed from rocks. There is another in the heart of the crater on Maui where you can walk for a goodly space before finding your way to the light of day again. These are awesome spaces with which to commune with Mother Earth.

When one goes into these inner-earth wombs, one can begin to sense the timeless earth, the many mansions that occupy the same space but in various frequencies and the gift we have been given called consciousness. Bodies become unimportant, and consciousness reigns supreme. Egos fly away, and once you are comfortable with the total darkness, a new etheric vision starts forming. These are initiatory experiences, and one could travel through these gateways to a different space and time through the generosity of the sensory deprivation womb. If you are a visionary type as myself, it is possible to receive many visitors and visions!

Pokahu are located throughout the islands and are are named and reverenced by the Hawaiians. They all serve different purposes and contain different kinds of consciousness, although they are all connected to the Great Divine Mother. The most revered of the four major gods of Hawaii is called Kane. He is not represented by a carved image but simply symbolized by an upright stone as the god of procreation. Many ancient Hawaiians worshipped Kane, and the family altar was known as Pohaku-o-Kane, a single cone shaped stone, anywhere from one to six feet high. (See accompanying picture of a Kane stone in the town of Lahaina, Maui.) It is in honor of Kane that many Hawaiian homes face east (as do the Native American Indian dwellings), for it is believed that Kane comes through the gateway of the rising sun. The legend goes that Kane created man from white clay, red earth and saliva, and that the first man and first woman lived in a beautiful lush Edenic world in a land that moved off. (This other world ‘that moved off’ is the theme of another story of mine!). The word Kane also means man, and one can note that these stones are ancient phallic symbols. Wahine means woman, and the female stones are rounded. For the most part, the Hawaiians are extremely secretive about these rocks, and they do not inform many others of their existence or location. Perhaps they do this because the mass consciousness has not yet awakened to the consciousness of reverence for them, and therefore, they would not respect the land and the rocks, possibly even maltreating them. I personally believe it is wise to keep the mystery around these locations, for I have witnessed what has happened to other sacred places that receive many visitors such as Stonehenge and the temples of Greece and Egypt.

There is a saying that I will paraphrase : When the pupil is ready, the Master will appear. However, it could just as easily be phrased as: When the Master is ready, the pupil will appear. I believe that both phrasings apply , for I feel that the Mother is ready and she has called us all Home, and that some of us have heard her call. I am ready too! Divine Mother is lonely for us, and she wants us to rejoin her in un-separated consciousness once again. She tells me that just like the rock, we have been separated by a small crack, and that we have always been One, although it has seemed like separation to us in the third-dimensional world of polarities. Divine Mother tells me that it is time the heal the split between all areas....between science and spirituality, between men and women, between mind and body, between Time and Eterntiy, between species, between races, butt most importantly, between OURSELVES AND OUR EARTH. We can shift the Consensus Reality! It is now time to bridge the gap and to balance and integrate our own inner polarities and then reconnect to the consciousness of the One through our hearts. Sir Arthur Keith wrote, “The course of human history is determined not by what happens in the skies, but by what takes place in our hearts.”

Mending The Mind

In the concepts expressed by the inspirational Abraham as voiced through the channel Esther Hicks and in the book "The Secret of Shambhala" written by James Redfield, there is postulated a superior way to use our minds and thoughts than the way most of us have been using them for a long, long time. To summarize, because of the way we have been using our thoughts, we have been getting more of what we don¹t want and less of what of we do want. We have been using our minds backwards! This has been the old paradigm on this planet.

Apparently what we have been assuming is that what we see and experience as reality is the total truth. It is only after much effort on our parts in turning this assumption around until we understand that what we had assumed to be true could be completely shifted. Once our perceptions are altered, then the picture of our reality is changed. Carlos Castaneda wrote of this in his books when he wrote of the assemblage point, which is the point in one's luminous body reinforced through beliefs, internal thought processes, energy and feelings. When the assemblage point shifts or moves, one's perceptions and experiences change. The assemblage point is the place where our version of reality is constructed, and thus it affects our perceptions and experiences. For instance, the protagonist in Redfield¹s book has been warned that his anger works against him, and he intellectually knows this to be so. Nevertheless, he can not cease his behaviour of an angry reaction. Not until he¹s finally in a life and death struggle does he employ the technique he has been taught. He turns his thoughts around with incredible effort (shifts the assemblage point), and he experiences this way of using his mind works to shift his reality! The old way kept returning him negative results, but the new way returns beneficial results. He had what is termed a domain shift or a paradigm shift.

Do we all have to be in such critical circumstances before we "get it"? Or can we begin practicing what these profound teachers of our times are sharing with us about our thoughts before the shit hits the fan? Can we accelerate the much predicted paradigm shift by mending our minds? This is the burning question of our times.

What these teachers suggest is seeing the highest good in all people and positive meaning in circumstances. So what¹s new about this? Not very much and a whole lot! Namaste is a Nepalese greeting and expression which means I bow to the "God within you" . We are to honor the divine spark within each person we encounter. This is an ancient word and concept. This concept is especially relevant today as we have entered into the fourth dimension where our minds create outer events rapidly, if not immediately. We can no longer afford the luxury of a negative thought. We need to practice the concept of what Redfield terms the prayer-field and its extensions immediately or else the repercussions that result from our negative thinking and backwards minds is going to be kicking our butts all over the place! We are in the same position that the protagonist in Redfield¹s book is: we are at the life and death position on this planet. The shift of the ages is right around the corner as three different cycles are coming to a close. Can we all do it? By honoring this principle and applying it, I would have to say yes. We are ready for this new paradigm of consciousness co-created by us, the human family and the Cosmic Forces of Light. There has never been a better time than now to release the old and to access the new.

I have experimented with mending my own mind, turning it around and applying these concepts since being inspired by the passionate Abraham. Abraham is brilliant in his word usage and so persuasive that I finally "got it". But guess what? Like many people who "get it", you can loose it. The mind is extremely powerful and reverts to its old programs unless you are diligent, alert and mindful. I found this job of re-programming my mind almost a superhuman effort. And with my other friends who attempted to apply the principles as proposed by Abraham, we had to admit we kept forgetting. So we formed a group to keep reminding ourselves and each other to remember. We used techniques that Abraham suggested such as the "focus wheel", the journal, the pivoting. All in all, I believe we made some progress using his techniques and inspirational model, but for the most part it was like that childhood game of "Mother May I".....a few baby steps ahead, and one giant step backward... moving in slow motion towards the goal of de-programming the mind conditioned to think and work in the old way.

At times it was especially frustrating for me when I woke up¹ in the middle of using my mind the old way and realized with anguish that once again I was in the old reality and not applying the principles. I could forsee where I would be heading in a situation because I could step into my sacred witness and overview like a hawk the ongoing scenario. During these "wake-up calls", my tendency is to go "Arghhhhhh!", beat-up on myself mentally by judging myself to be stupid, and then become very frustrated. My love field would weaken, and my energy would drop. If I could muster the desire to turn it around, I had to make an incredible effort. However, more often than not, I couldn¹t rally the energy to do so, and thus it was like watching a bad movie of my own creation. When I was able to turn it around, I experienced such a rush. I have proven to myself that I can pivot and shift a situation.

After many years of working at training to re-program the mind, with the resulting forgetting/remembering and ensuing frustration, I discovered a faster way to rid myself of this redundant pattern. I was introduced to the skills of a woman doctor who is employing a technique whereby she can rapidly clear the "entities" that keep the mind locked into this rut of its old programs. She began rapidly clearing my trauma programs and the entities whose job it was to keep these programs locked into the mind. After working with her for some time now, I know the reason progress was so difficult before! And the answer is that these entities do their job very well indeed! Unlike humans, they have nothing else to do with their lives and are not distracted by many diversions like us humans. They only have their jobs to do which they do unfailingly, unerringly. These entities live in the fourth dimension, the area that is most often termed the unconscious mind, and until they are brought to consciousness, they live in the dark, just doing their jobs! Being brought to consciousness is scary and uncomfortable for them, like a bright halogen light being shown into your eyes by a policeman at night.

These entities were created by us initially, and thus they are our creation, under our direction. We just didn't know that when we created them and invited them to help us out in a fight or flight situation that they would stay around so long. They came and moved into our house, our mind, and then we forgot that they were there hanging out in the basement!! The aha's in our conscious mind send them packing forever for we have the power to immediately dis-create them. This is the magic of the mind, and although it has been investigated, explored and utilized by many adepts through the ages, it is now beginning to be circulated for the masses to know through popular books and teachers.

If these entities are not cleared, then turning the mind around is almost a super-human effort which requires a yogic lifestyle, supervision and training. How many of us have this option for a lifestyle? Or how many would even choose this way were it offered to us? Maybe it will come to a time on this planet where the choice will be clearly obvious because the results of our thoughts and behaviours will be so critically immediate that like Redfield¹s character, we are forced to mend our minds!

Kala is the Hawaiian word that means to cleanse, and in the Huna way of old Hawaii, they discovered that before the prayers would be effective, they needed to cleanse what they called the unihipili (lower self or subconscious) of its complexes or traumas. These complexes most likely were formed in this lifetime during early childhood (or sometimes past lifetimes) by some emotionally-charged, initiating incident. These complexes have been referred to "as the thing eating inside." Literally, they infiltrate our energy fields and rob us of vital energy which will eventually result in disease and death. The person has acquired 'entitites' which is another name for these complexes (who are just doing their job...they can not intrude on our free will....remember compassion) which make a person assume the mistaken acceptance of the permanent validity of this distorted truth. In other words, a trauma or incident got programmed into your consciousness as a permanent truth. Not until we cleanse, discard and disassemble these 'entities' are we unable to unshackle ourselves from the past. They hold us in bondage to out-dated beliefs. Thus, we need to do a cleansing ceremony, which is what the kahunas of old did, and what our doctors do now. Our unihipili or subconscious selves are very responsive to ceremonies, stage settings and authority figures, be they kahunas or medical doctors. The obstructions are then removed, and the new positive programming is established. Our futures can thus be changed through the shift in our thoughtforms. Many of the more advanced doctors, healers and leaders of the consciousness movement of our time are understanding the same knowings of the wise kahunas.

Another possible alternative that I can envision would play like this: More doctors and healers learn this aforementioned clearing technique or employ similar clearing techniques so that the process is more available to more people. As more people clear and begin mending their minds, then the morphogenetic field (or prayer-field as Redfield terms it) changes, like the 100th Monkey Phenomena, and the ability to re-program the mind becomes much more rapid and easier. Our children would genetically inherit these new programs, and the prayer-field for new thoughtforms would thus be established in one or two generations. The new paradigm will finally have arrived.

From My Vault: The Return of the Divine Feminine

As I venture forth into the testosterone-heavy land of Nepal and Tibet, I am contemplating the vow made to myself many years ago. I vowed that I would do everything in my power to assist the return of the Divine Feminine and anchor this Divine Feminine Frequency through my prayers, intentions and actions. Since making that vow, I have traveled to many foreign lands where female emancipation and empowerment is a long way off and patriarchy is still the primary power in the land. I have done my best to plant seeds in these places.

I have been to Africa, Southeast Asia, Mexico, South America, Greece, the Middle East and witnessed the sorry conditions of women and wept! I have sat in ceremony in Fiji in a building where the last woman allowed to sit there was the Queen of England. That in itself is a long story, but one I shall tell another time. Right now, I’m reflecting about the feminine in the Nepal/Tibetan locale.

There has been a very small representation of women in the vast pantheon of male Buddhas. Of course, most people know of serene Tara and Kuanyin. But who are the other female deities? I researched and discovered more: there is Vajrayogini, a powerful deity depicted bright red and feisty. “She carried her mystic lover around with her as a ritual implement slung over her shoulder, like a handbag, transforming it into a living man whenever the divine occasion demanded.” She resembles the eastern version of the fire goddess, Pele. There is also the Mother of All Buddhas, Prajnaparamita. These goddesses were archetypes. Were there females in the Buddhist tradition that are alive and embodying the Divine Feminine today I wondered?

Yes, I was happy to discover. The first book I read about such a role model is called “Cave in the Snow” by Vicki Mackenzie. This is the story of a remarkable Englishwoman now known as Tenzin Palmo who has become a Buddhist legend and champion for the rights of women to attain spiritual enlightenment. She moved alone into a remote cave high up in the Himalayas to retreat for twelve years of intense Buddhist meditation. During that period of solitary retreat, she faced amazing challenges: freezing weather, near-starvation, wild animals, and her own demons. Since coming from the cave, she has been speaking, counseling and teaching worldwide in order to raise money for her dream, a nunnery to be built in India to assist young women to become enlightened.

Another excellent book entitled “Women of Wisdom” shares the biographies of six remarkable Buddhist women that became enlightened beings. It is written by Tsultrim Allione, a very well known Western woman teacher of Buddhism. Having taught throughout the world for over thirty years, she has founded her own retreat center in southwest Colorado near Pagossa Springs. This book truly is a treasure, and I particularly loved the stories that Tsultrim told about her coming to terms with her power and womanhood. This is another must-read! I have always wondered about the Dakinis, and I have found no other book that explains the Dakinis as well as this one. Beginning on page 99 with the heading of “The Feminine Principle in Tibetan Buddhism” and continuing on with “The Dakini Principle” on page 103 and finishing with “The Language of the Dakini” beginning on page 119, I now understand something about the mysterious dakinis!

My last reading suggestion would be the book, “Buddhist Women On the Edge” with the subtitle Contemporary Perspectives from the Western Frontier, edited by Marianne Dresser. This is an anthology presenting many essays and viewpoints from American women who practice, study and teach Buddhism.

All three books are as far removed from James Hilton classic “Lost Horizon” as they are grounded in common sense and active dialogue with the current situation of women and All That Is. Such women as these are the ones anchoring the Divine Feminine Energy, thereby establishing a peaceful, global community. They serve unconditionally in this process as do also many of US LESSER KNOWN NAMES who have made it our vow to serve as well.

We realize that inner work needs to be achieved before the outer work can begin. The Divine Feminine Presence will re-balance the heavy dominance of the masculine energy which has manifested on this planet for the last eight thousand years or more. Once the feminine and masculine energies are integrated, then humankind will transform and open the page on an awesome new chapter for Mother Earth, or as I call her TERRA STAR!

I wrote the above article in 1998, and this year of 2006, I travelled to India
where I visited Ani Tenzin Palmo's nunnery in process of being built in a beautiful valley not far from Dharmasala. I purchased her new book which
I highly recommend: "Reflections On A Mountain Lake." It is published by Snow Lion. Ani Tenzin's Palmo's website is here.

Update On Dentistry Scams

I still have all four of my wisdom teeth which is something I am very proud of for many a dentist has looked into my mouth and insisted I remove them for dubious reasons. I always resisted the dentist's desire to remove my wisdom teeth because I intuited the dentists were money hungry. I felt there was absolutely no reason for my teeth to leave my mouth. The validation for my intuition has taken a long time. However, there is a news article published on June 9, 2006 which supports this intuition. Read this informative article here. Remember to question all authorities, and trust your intuition.

The Study Of Death

"The best thing for being sad," replied Merlin, beginning to puff and blow, "is to learn something. That's the only thing that never fails. You may grow old and trembling in your anatomies, you may lie awake at night listening to the disorder of your veins, you may miss your only love, you may see the world about you devastated by evil lunatics, or know your honour trampled in the sewers of baser minds. There is only one thing for it then is to learn. Learn why the world wags and what wags it. That is the only thing which the mind can never exhaust, never alienate, never be tortured by, never fear or distrust, and never dream of regretting. Learning is the only thing for you. Look what a lot of things there are to learn."

T.H. White, "The Once and Future King"

In recent years I have studied two books which has shifted what I once believed about what happens to us after we die, or if you prefer the gentler word: 'transition'. Because these two books support and overlap to some degree in their scholarship and knowledge,I have spent many hours contemplating their information and the mystery of death and what happens to us after we die. Of these two by far my favorite is the one by Dr. Samuel Sagan because he speaks from many years of experience, not merely research and theory. Both authors offer provocative, controversial insights into the oldest of questions: what happens to us after we die.

These two books are:

Entity Possession with the subtitle: Freeing the Energy Body of Negative Influences, A Medical Doctor's Extraordinary Work With The Root Causes of Obsessive Behavior by Samuel Sagan, M.D.

The Lost Secret of Death: Our Divided Souls and the Afterlife by Peter Novak

Mediums have become a television staple in the last five or so years with shows highlighting various mediums talking to the dead and other fictional shows depicting this phenomena such as "Medium" and "Ghost Whisperer". But who and what are they REALLY talking to is what I now question after reading these two books. Perhaps they are talking to the astral fragments of those that have passed on? Samuel Sagan does an admiral job in his book with his stated intention: "to dedramatize and demystify the topic, by looking at entities from the point of view of experience and mechanisms, rather than from religious or emotionally tainted perspectives." His school and website is here should you wish to explore more of his profound work. He has written other books which are available through, and should you wish to throw a little business my way and support this blog, I have provided an box for you to easily order.

Peter Novak takes a religious approach in his exploration. You can read more about his theories here. This book expounds upon what Peter calls the "Second Death" and how to avoid fracturing after death. His "Division Theory" made me aware of the consciousness merging we need to attend to while we are still alive. The old saying "Make Hay While The Sun Shines" has never felt more relevant.

The Land Has Eyes

"To us, our house was not unsentient matter-it had a heart, and a soul, and eyes to see us with, and approvals and solicitudes and deep sympathies; it was of us, and we were in its confidence, and lived in its grace and in the peace of its benediction. We never came home from an absence that its face did not lighten up and speak out its eloquent welcome-and we could not enter it unmoved." - Mark Twain

I quite agree with Mark, and research has shown that our health, joy, success and well-being on all levels is intricately connected to our home. Hence the success and proliferation of feng-shui practioners in recent years as more people are growing in awareness about the way a home is situated on the land, the water or lack of water nearby and in what direction, the placement of the furniture, the colors, the doors, the lighting just to name a few elements taken into consideration within the various feng-shui artform. Theselements makes a huge difference in the life of the occupants. However, how many have come as far as Mark to sense the soul of a home and to cherish and honor it?

When one takes the time to develop an intimate relationship with one's home & land and recognize that it IS a sentient being, this loving relationship will provoke a healing within one. Such a relationship facilitates ARTFUL LIVING.

Another thought from the master architect, Frank Lloyd Wright from his autobiography:

"No house should ever be on a hill or on anything. It should be of the hill. Belonging to it. Hill and house should live together each the happier for the other."

A home is our refuge where we nourish our souls. The spirits of the land and well-loved homes help us maintain our sanity under stress. Sometimes homes are toxic and need clearing, and sometimes homes and people are simply unwelcome for many reasons. Maybe it's because of toxic earth lines or sometimes it's the case where the land is incompatible with human life. Some sites have wonderful, subtle healing energy, and some are not. It's best to move in this case as nothing but misfortune will come to those that reside there for the residents can become mentally disturbed, depressed, suicidal and ill. It is wise for us to discern the places and homes that welcome us. It's not by fighting these energies but by harmonizing with positive energies that we grow healthy, wealthy and wise.

The Whole Tooth and Nothing But The Tooth

"The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing. One cannot help but be in awe when he contemplates the mysteries of eternity, of life, of the marvelous structure of reality. It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of this mystery every day. Never lose a holy curiosity." Albert Einstein

I have been blessed my whole life with a healthy curiosity, and it has never waned. My mother used to call me a curious cat because of this. Maybe some of you readers are this way also, and this is how you found your way to my blog! We are especially blessed to be living in this Information Age with the marvelous invention of the WWW and a computer to turn to for many of the answers to our questions. If you feel value in this information I share with you, pay it forward and share it with a friend. We can all benefit from the diligence of the inventors, the researchers, the authors, and the companies who gift us with their knowledge and products.

Keep an open mind and a healthy curiosity as I make presentations in this blog about what I find fascinating and life enhancing. Check out what I have researched and implemented into my own life, and by all means, never loose your holy curiosity!

Today I am going to present information about oral hygiene and how extremely important it is to your immune system and overall health. In the latest issue of Information4U, they write, "The renowned German physician Dr. Reinhard Voll estimated that nearly 80% of all illness is related entirely or partially to problems in the mouth. The reason the teeth are such a threat to health is that, in adition to their connection to every organ and gland in the body, they can harbor infections without symptoms. There's no pain or discomfort. Yet there may be chronic infection eroding the body's immune response-wearing out the immune system. This infection is very difficult to detect. Few people today have escaped the problems of dental cavities and gum infection. About 98% of Americans have some areas of diseased gum tissue in their mouths, over half of these are also experiencing a progressive "bone loss." Fortunately, cavities and pyorrhea (gum disease and bone loss) are both 100% preventable and reversible."

The device created to detect this infection EVEN before an x-ray can determine an infection is called a Cavitat Medical device. However, for the most part, many dentists don't want you to know about this device. Become informed about your teeth and what the "self-serving dental bureaucracy" don't want you to know. It could save your life and the lives of those you love. I haven't found my way to use this cavitat device yet, but I am CURIOUS and intrigued.

I learned about this device from the alternative health newsletter of Information4U that I signed up with some time back. Although you may need to sign up and get a Yahoo Group account, they are well worth it because of the valuable and thorough information they email.

I heartily endorse the dental products I discovered online called Oramedia.

The product they sell that I absolutely adore and feel no one should be without, especially if you are over 40, is this: the Viajet Pro. It's an oral irrigator, and what I have really benefited from is the canulae tip that you can purchase separately to go on the end of the irrigator. This tip allows you to get below the gum line and clean out the bacteria that you wouldn't be able to get to in any other way. You may be surprised to discover what is hiding inside your mouth. I was!
